required. Without a Maintenance
Agreement, you will receive
support to register the product.

Maintenance Contract,

are entitled to receive both major
and minor software updates and
version upgrades, service packs and
patches for the term of the contract
- plus priority email support with
senior technicians.

the trial software/evaluation version the same
as a full version? |
Yes, the trial
version is exactly the same software as the full
version. In fact when you purchase any of our
products, you will receive a serial key/license
key which you can use to unlock the
trial/evaluation version to a full version. No
re-installation is required.

I need to re-install once I receive the license
key? |
No, once you
receive the license key, you can simply enter it

Important note about our refund
policy
Rather than provide a 10 day refund policy, Auscomp
extends the evaluation period to
15 days (Auscomp Fort Knox & Auscomp IT Commander) and
28 days for Auscomp eNavigator Suite
during this time you are also eligible to technical
support.
This allows you to fully test the software, before you
buy. It does mean however that when you buy,
we consider it a final purchase. |
